Services: Land surveys / Setting out

Land surveys tend to relate to much larger projects requiring survey information that exceeds the scope of the architects surveys.

When setting out any works be they as part of a contract or solely as a setting out operation consideration is given to the nature, proximity and height of existing structures, pavements, gardens and the like. Whilst these items should already have been considered by the design team it is of great importance for further accurate measurements to ensure that everything fits together logically as it should.

We have carried out a large number of Site Engineering contracts for commercial developers and landowners alike, going on to provide a monitoring and checking service as work progresses.
