External works to garden. Levels raised to create a flatter more family friendly lawn. Post and rail fence to part perimeter, garden wall removed, foundations dug out and block paving added. New flagged patio with cobbles to enhance appearance. Gas storage tanker dug into ground, new brick built boundary wall with steel railings to top. New GRP roof to flat roof area at extension. Conversion of “conservatory” into new lounge area up graded to satisfy Building Regulations.
