Roger worked as a Site Manager/Project manager for our company on a variety of projects including the construction of a large industrial estate, a development of luxury apartments and private house renovations. Importantly all contracts were competed to programme and below budget.
He proved to be hard working, able and a valued worker who demonstrated knowledge of a variety of disciplines and the ability to successfully work under hi s own initiative.

Roger carrier out construction work at our commercial site in Poynton during 2010/201. His role as a Project Manager began with working to obtain planning permission and ended with the handing over of the keys to our tenants on time and on budget. During this time he managed elements of work including demolition, groundwork, building super structure, services and internal office fit-outs.
It was a pleasure to work with Roger who demonstrated that he had our interests at heart at all times proving to be conscientious about his work, hard working and mindful of costs.

BHBC completed a garage and hall conversion for us last year managing all aspects of the work, from planning to completion certification.  Roger provided guidance and practical advice throughout the build including the moving major of elements such as the electrics and even replacing the staircase.  He is a rare find in the building world - focused on getting the detail and finish absolutely right, and not settling for anything less.  Conscious of the impact of dust and building gear on family life, his team left the site tidy every evening and we coped well living with a build that covered virtually half of the house.  We now have a remodelled box room, hall, boiler room and large family / TV room.  Roger is extremely polite and reliable and we always felt well informed on progress and budget.  Variations were discussed and agreed in advance and he kept in touch on a daily basis.  I would not hesitate to recommend Roger for any of your building requirements - we are beginning further improvements and we are of course using his services again.

Roger Eyres of Bowdon Hill Construction reflagged the stone patio & driveway of our property. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Mr Eyres took the time to personally ensure the work was carried out to our satisfaction.
