An extensive remodelling scheme affecting both ground and first floor.

Construction:
Openings formed internally and to external walls to allow for new double pocket doors
Stud walls removed and floor made good to new kitchen/diner
Bathroom refurbished
Utility room created and furnished using units salvaged from old kitchen arrangement with excellent results
Stairs provided with new support allowing for the removal of under stairs enclosure and thus larger floor area
New doors, skirting and architrave through out
Notes:
Improvement works to some areas not directly affected by main scope of works such as leaks fixed, services and soil pipes altered
Ground floor 50% tiled. Central heating system upgraded
